I started my career as a construction worker mostly doing concrete and excavating work. Through finding mentors and believing in continuous life-long learning, I continued to grow myself and therefore the companies that I worked with and for. I will bring this philosophy and couple it with my learnings to provide one-on-one coaching for your high potential Team Members. I will also help align these Team Members with your business strategy.
